RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order. We are not accepting returns at this time but would gladly exchange your item(s). If for any reason you would like to exchange your item for a different item, we will gladly accept your timely re- turn (within 15 days of receiving order) of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Shipping Charges are not refundable unless goods are damaged. You are responsible for the postage and shipping the merchandize back to us. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. On the enclosed form - please check the items you would like to return and indicate what you would like in exchange.
Ponytail Pals prides itself on offering quality merchandise and fulfilling cus- tomer orders accurately. All orders are inspected several times prior to ship- ment to guarantee that the order meets our high quality control standards. Should you notice a shipping error please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We reserve the right to rectify the error within a rea- sonable time frame.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from Ponytail Pals, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, This amount will be subtracted from your order.

We at Ponytail Pals value your business and trust. Therefore, we will not sell, rent, or give away any customers' e-mail address to other businesses. We request your e-mail address so we can send you important information regarding your order (order confirmation, order processing, and tracking number).
